Matt Shultz is risen
Matt Shultz of Cage the Elephant does not crowd surf on his back or on his belly like some sort of mortal. No, on this night Matt walked off stage and onto the hands of the crowd as if he was a rock god walking on water. The crowd held him up and worked together to carry him,by his feet, from the the stage to the back of the room. Matt then instructed the crowd that he wanted to do a handstand and we obliged and his legs reached for the heavens and it was good. In the photo the faithful fans rising Matt into his epic position of glory and rock and coolness.
