Hands in the Air
Pictures rarely capture the energy the fans feel when they are in the moment at a concert. I took over a hundred photos that night and one stood out. The almost perfect focus without stage glare makes you feel like you are actually there standing behind an excited fan. I took one look at this photo and knew I had to have it framed. It will always incite the energy I felt standing there excited and completely lost in great music. My best friend and I had the most amazing time and to have a picture we can both share that makes us feel like we are right there standing next to each other looking through the crowd is priceless. The shows these days have such beautiful and creative stage scenes but difficult to capture without light glare and focus issues. I love music it moves me to my very soul and photography is a hobby to be able to combine my two passions was an epic event. Not all performers allow you to take photos I was just really thankful this band let us share their show with our own unique creativity. I had the best time that night and grateful that I can share my memory with others through a picture. It hangs on my wall at home and is definitely something that people notice. I have had many comments and it has spurned many a conversation both of music and photography. I hope the picture gives others the same feeling it gives me that oh how cool that looks like an amazing show feeling. Hope you enjoy the picture as much as I do.
