The Best Music Fest Ever!
Taken May 3, 2014 at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival with Bruce Springsteen playing! This is my 5th NOLA Jazz Fest. Each one gets better and better. When I tell people the line up - they think I am pulling their leg. I have become a fan of Irma Thomas, Allan Toussaint, The Dumstaphunks, Kermit Ruffins, & Shorty Trombone because of this great venue! I make new friends in the crowds and in the city each year. It is great to see their faces when I come back the next! Its great getting hugs and gifts from them on return trips. It is said the festival has a spirit to it and I concur, I am emotionally wrung by days end and have to stop and appreciate all the gifts that music gives me. I feel bless to have the opportunity to attend suck an EPIC fest!!!
