This was taken at my very first Coachella in '07. DJ Busy P & DJ Mehdi were playing in the Sahara when Mehdi decided to stage dive! Still one of my fave pics I've ever taken. Also pretty memorable because it was my first Coachella ever! Have tried to go every year since. Tragically Dj Mehdi lost his life when a weird freak roofing collapse on Sept 13, 2011. I actually got to see him perform live many other times before his death. He is missed by the dj community as well by his many fans. Whenever djs or fans talk about Mehdi, everyone always says "Mehdi Forever" His music lives on.
