This was my first time at any type of music festival. I had been to an Aaron Carter concert but that was it. My friends and I were 16 and we decided to attend the Electric Daisy Carnival, 2010. All of us had no idea what we were in for, but it turned out to be the most fun we had ever had. Many assume its the drugs that make EDM festivals so exciting and fun, but that is not the case for my friends and I. Entering a festival is like entering an entirely different world, where there is no hate, or bad,there is only a sense of happiness. To this day we are overwhelmed with joy by the atmosphere that festivals like HARD Summer create. Everyone just wants to dance, it is the greatest escape.
